I know I've been updating a lot lately, but I just found this FANTASTIC ARTIST.

Sometimes [not very often for me, honestly] I run across a piece or a story or an artist that just resonates with me. Dunno a better term for it ~ it resonates like a tuning fork when a pitch is in key.

Stumbling upon this gallery did that for me, and it was exciting. The texture of pencil, grit, and subdued colors are all the sort of thing I'm striving to get to. I often feel caught between a bunch of different styles and artistic desires. XD aaaah. I just love this sketchy grittiness.

Meanwhile, the scripting of TG is going surprisingly well. O_o It's such a fast paced story that it seems to plunge easily from drastic emotion to the next drastic emotion ... which is probably a good thing. This may be the first story with which I've not had to struggle with explanatory text. Perhaps because the rest of TG does not happen chronologically, and so without the restraint of time passing in an orderly fashion, I'm free to arrange happenings according to theme, which is complete chaos.

This may go beautifully, or very confusingly ... we'll find out in December.
