I'm not sure if previously created illustrations are eligible, but to be fair ... I did have to take each element [snow, sky, stars, dog, shadow] and place them on the newly shaped canvas and scale and rotate and sometimes redraw to try and create a new and good horizontal composition. ^^ I have read the rules, and I believe the original illustration is eligible. (But I'd like to note that that depends on "commercial use" - I have sold prints and tees of it at trade shows, but as far as I know I alone have printing rights to this image.)

EDIT: I'd like also to know who retains printing rights to this image. If I do, then there should be no issue with my own commercial use of it. Obviously they have sole rights to a lap top skin of this design. But what about everything else?

So assuming this piece is eligible ....
