Light Traveling Up A Wall by blix-it Light Traveling Up A Wall by blix-it
Downloadable wallpaper in standard and long screen sizes. Click the download button. :B

Panels from TG pages 121 - 124. A sort of running joke, because, seriously WHAT COMIC, besides this stupid one, spends four pages documenting the travel of a light moving up a wall?? (Okay other things happened in those pages, such as a cascade of pads and tampons, but let's not kid ourselves. The light and the rock wall are the featured characters here.)

And what's even worse, you, my darling readers, have been reading it with not nearly enough complaints. I can't decide what's worse, me for enjoying drawing it, or you for reading lights on a wall without bitching about it.

BAW, I LOVE YOU FOREVER, THANK YOU FOR STICKING WITH THIS COMIC.

Uuuh thats kind of a complement, but I dont think you realize what a painful insult it is for you to not give a shit about the characters or story after 124 pages. If the art is all you like, I dont care to know that.

Oh gosh. Its all so pretty. It makes me want to draw lights and rocks and other pretty things. (like a cascade of tampons and pads...) But no, commissions first. Then pretty pics of Toilet Genie everyone as ponies for that dumb pony con that wants all pony art. (it shall be pony, but crossover pony) And then finally pretty stuff like lights and rocks. >D

...until then I shall simply have this beauty as a wallpaper choice. :P

aaaaauuuuuh pony con. I think I mentioned to you I applied to Brony Con? I'm worried I won't end up with a table because I haven't got much pony art at all, haha. I'd like to make some more ponies, but if it's a pony and nothing else sort of con, it won't be my thing anyway. >___> hmph. pony and nothing else cons don't sound lucrative to me. Needs to be pony + other animal things con.

You applied to Brony con?! Awesome! I hope you get in! :D

...yeah, the whole "sell only pony art" was one of the big things that made me hesitate about the pony con I'm going to. (plus its only its first year, and I only have a little pony art to sell... hoping to get lots of watercolor pony commissions to help earn back the table cost and stuff >_>)

Ponies+Other animal stuff is an awesome way to earn money at other cons, but when it comes to ponies it seems everyone wants their favorite characters and if you don't have them then you end up losing sales from the pony people. D: (or at least that's how its been with the non-pony cons I've been to recently)

...which gives me a good idea on how to get more commissions actually. O: (I'm doing a small project where I'm painting all the pony episodes of season 3, so I'm thinking I'll accept commissions to paint pictures inspired by episodes outside of season 3, and maybe even past episodes/movies from other pony series... this might work)

Oh and by the way have more fan art: [link] [link] [link]

Actually I think its a testament to how good your comic is that your readers
(myself included) find this sequence of light traveling up a cliffside so enthralling. :P

Thanks for assembling a wallpaper version, it looks great!

...But it's such a pretty wall and such a pretty light. :D 'Sides, I have a certain degree of emotional investment in that light by now.

I was about to say literally almost exactly the same thing. It's a really pretty journey!

And I'm sure absolutely nothing could possibly go wrong.

well said. ;_; I, too, am very emotionally invested in that light. I keep drawing this comic because of what is about to happen to that light.

The details are nice, but so far, I prefer the wall on the far right that is nearly all black. >8I

I really like that one too. It has a great sense of scale. You can feel how huge and dark the world is, and that cliff wall too.
