For ~Elemental-Magus of his character for his having got the 125.000th view. ^___^ Lookit the little feet. XDDD Maybe I'll do another freebie at 150? X3 I really do appreciate the comments and favs here on devart ~ I feel I'm not around enough to give back what I've got. Doing a prize pic was the best I could think of. 9__9;

The character's love for books made me want to include the sphinx from Mirrormask. XD They don't like to read the books, they just like to eat them. They're "helping" him read.

Mirrormask was the deciding factor in my now permanent and forever love of Gaiman. Neverwhere and Coraline have further cemented the passion. <3

I'm so glad you like this! I was worried, since I took some liberties and added to the costume some. >___>;;;

I love Gaiman! His books are pretty much Win. Good Omens, Ananzi Boys and Stardust pretty Much solidified his place on my bookshelves.

Pfffff I REALLY REALLY Like this! I'm Really glad you went creative with this, intead of going by the pic exactly. :D

MIRRORMASK.

That movie was as pure visual eye-candy as I've seen while still being a really fantastic movie in and of itself.

On the subject of, y'know, the actual picture: I really keep getting caught with fascination by your really varied line-weights and what they achieve. It's amazing and really gives a lot more to an already awesome piece of art!

well, pencil is pencil obviously, then the gray shades are photoshop. :3 It's cool that you could see it as possibly traditional though.
