Does she get a different 'master'?
One thing I can't stand about webcomics compared to novels is how slowly they update, so I end up rereading them and seeing things where there aren't things (and spotting things I previously missed). You seems to put a helluva lot of effort into crafting the story - not just the basic plotline, but little details that most people aren't gonna get the significance of. I don't think I am spotting anything significant, just redherrings, but I suspect it's all there, in the backstory, or fermenting somewhere at the back of your mind.
That said.
Vidu's personal panel there. Not sure what it is about it, expression or setup or glasses pose or what, but it really got me. Like, half "what on earth do you know that I don't" got me, and half "DAMN, you are sexy" got me. Again, not sure why. Just pleasant shivers, baby.
This isn't bad without BGs, but it just feels a little unfinished when compared to previous pages. I think if you just put BGs in the top left and bottom panels, it'll flesh the page out a bit more. But it's not like you asked for my input, right? ^_^ Great comic so far and I can't wait for more!

And I think I'd only notice the lack of bg if I stuck this page next to the others, esp. the first few, where the bg is probably what I "ooo" and "aah" over the most.
But I don't mind it in this page, except for maybe in the last panel, where it's a little more apparent.
Every time I look at these comics, two things go through my head: "Holy carp this is adorable!" and "Holy carp this must've taken forever...I wish I had that kind of patience!"
Anywho, eagerly awaiting the next one!
